A. Shipping Costs

Urgent Shipping: $9.99

Free Shipping: On orders over $69.99

B. Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days

Urgent Shipping: 3-7 business days (dispatched same day)

Handling time: 2-3 business days

Cut-off time: 8:00 PM

C. Address Changes Changes to the delivery address must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

D. Cancellations Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

E. Damaged Parcels If damaged in transit, reject the package if possible and contact customer service.

F. Taxes and Duties We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the price.
